Meet the Founder

Dr. Patricia Akinrogunde is a leadership strategist, educator, certified DISC consultant, executive coach, and Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member with extensive experience in federal leadership, organizational development, education, and workforce development.

Her professional background spans military service, senior federal leadership, higher education, training, coaching, and facilitation. This combination gives her a practical understanding of leadership from multiple perspectives: individual performance, team dynamics, organizational expectations, and public-service environments.

Through The Triple Joy Group, Dr. Akinrogunde brings together behavioral insight, leadership development, communication, resilience, and practical application to help leaders and teams grow with greater intention and effectiveness.

Why Triple Joy Group Was Created

The Triple Joy Group was founded on the belief that leadership development should extend beyond technical skills and management theory.

Strong leadership requires self-awareness, communication, emotional intelligence, resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across differences.

Throughout her career in military service, federal leadership, higher education, and organizational development, Dr. Patricia Akinrogunde observed a consistent challenge: highly capable professionals were often expected to lead others without enough opportunity to understand how they lead themselves.

Triple Joy Group was created to help close that gap.
